About
Sale7ha is a Saudi platform connecting homes and businesses with trusted maintenance home-maintenance technicians in their area.
We start in the Qassim region and will expand gradually. The platform is free for both sides and we take no commission on any job — the agreement is directly between customer and provider.
Our vision
That choosing a technician in Saudi Arabia becomes a decision built on a clear record, not on chance or a passing recommendation in a WhatsApp group.
The problem we address
When something breaks at home, the search starts from zero every time: asking neighbours, a number passed around in a group, and an experience that may or may not work out. The good technician, for his part, has nothing to prove the quality of his work to a new customer — his reputation is locked inside the circle of people who already dealt with him. Both sides lose: the customer takes a risk, and the technician starts from zero with every customer.
How the platform works
We build a public reputation record for every technician: their trades, the areas they serve, and reviews from their previous customers after moderation. The customer searches, compares, and contacts directly. We do not intervene in the agreement and take no commission — our role is to make the choice informed.
Our goals
- 1That every customer finds a trusted technician in their area within minutes.
- 2That every hard-working technician builds a reputation that travels with them and is not lost.
- 3That reviews stay honest — by checking every review before it is published.
- 4That language is never a barrier for a capable technician.
Where we are heading
We start in the Qassim region focused on quality rather than numbers: fewer technicians, each genuinely verified. Then we expand gradually to other regions. Later we will study adding direct service requests — a customer posts their problem and receives offers from suitable technicians — but the foundation stays the same: trust is built on record, not on promises.
Why five languages?
Most maintenance technicians in Saudi Arabia are expatriate workers. A dashboard in a language the technician cannot read means an incomplete profile and lost work, so we built the platform in five languages from day one: Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi and Bengali.
