What we collect
For providers: name, mobile number, and the profile details you enter yourself. For visitors: no account is needed to search. When submitting a review we ask for your name; your mobile number is optional.
How we use it
Profile details are shown publicly because that is the purpose of the platform. A reviewer's mobile number is never displayed — we use it to verify a review when it is disputed or reported.
Analytics
We count visitors per profile. We do not store raw IP addresses — we store a hashed fingerprint to avoid counting the same visitor twice a day, and the address cannot be recovered from it. We also use Google Analytics to measure site-wide traffic: what we see there is aggregate reports (visit counts, pages, approximate city), not individual identities. We do not link it to your account and never send it your name or mobile number.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or show ads on the platform.
Your rights
You can edit your profile at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us.
